ProTally is designed for licensed professionals who need to track continuing education credits. We support Real Estate and Insurance professionals today, with more professions coming soon.
How do I track my continuing education credits?
You can upload certificates and course completion documents through the dashboard. Our AI-powered system will automatically extract key information like course name, credits earned, and completion date. You can then allocate these credits to specific requirement buckets for your licenses.
Can I track multiple licenses?
Yes! ProTally supports tracking multiple licenses across different states and jurisdictions. You can add as many licenses as needed and track compliance for each one separately.
How does the AI certificate processing work?
When you upload a certificate or course completion document, our AI system automatically extracts information such as course name, provider, credits earned, completion date, and course type. This information is then available for you to review and allocate to your license requirements.
What file formats are supported for uploads?
We support PDF files and common image formats (JPG, PNG) for certificate uploads. Files should be clear and readable for best AI processing results.
How do I know if I'm compliant with my license requirements?
The compliance dashboard shows your progress toward meeting all requirements for each license. You can see which requirement buckets are complete, which are in progress, and which still need credits.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you can export your data, but you won't be able to add new activities or licenses.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and comply with relevant data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your data at any time through your account settings. This includes all your licenses, activities, and credit allocations in a structured format.
What is Broker Team mode?
Broker Team (real estate) and Agency Mode (insurance) let brokers and agency owners manage continuing education tracking for their entire team. You can invite team members, view team compliance status, and manage team subscriptions.
